About Dr. Renjen
Dr. Renjen earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in physical anthropology, his Master of Science (M.S.) in biomedical engineering, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) all from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Consistently performing at the top of his class, he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and received numerous awards for academic excellence.
Dr. Renjen was honored with the opportunity to pursue his orthodontic training at the world-renowned Albert Einstein College of Medicine. At Montefiore Medical Center, he treated the most complex orthodontic problems and served as a member of the orthodontic/craniofacial team, which provided care to patients with cleft palates and other congenital craniofacial problems. After completion of his residency, he established a thriving orthodontic practice with a major hospital network in Pennsylvania. Over the past decade, he has created thousands of beautiful smiles and is excited to bring his expertise to Rochester, NY!
Dr. Renjen has published in nationally recognized, peer-reviewed publications, including the American Journal of Orthodontics, The Journal of Periodontology, and the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has received national awards for excellence in clinical research and continues to practice at the leading edge of technology. He has served as a lecturer in orthodontics and growth and development, and he has received awards for excellence in teaching.
Dr. Renjen is one of only a few orthodontists in the Rochester area who have achieved certification by the American Board of Orthodontics. He is proud to have performed at the highest level possible on the board examination, and to have been selected to display his case reports at national and regional orthodontic meetings. His passion and dedication to excellence in orthodontics are seen in the highest quality of care consistently provided to his patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Renjen enjoys spending time with his wife Dhruti, his two sons Ishan and Devan, and his two daughters Meera and Kiryn. Living around the corner from his office, he and his family love to connect with their neighbors and the local community.
